Training – Objection to enforcement

Following an URSSAF (French social security agency) audit, the social security organization may have sent you a formal notice to pay an amount for unpaid contributions or for another reason for adjustment.

If the payment deadline for the disputed amount is not met, the URSSAF may use more stringent enforcement procedures. Therefore, the only way to stop the enforcement of the order is for the debtor to file an objection within 15 days of after notification or service by a judicial officer.

Our team is reviewing this legal recourse available to the debtor.
