Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, she founded her own law firm in 2017 after gaining extensive practical experience in employment law at niche firms. Anne is also among the first cohort of Paris Bar lawyers to be certified in internal investigations in 2023/2024.
Her work : Anne advises her clients, both French and international SMEs and large corporations, on day-to-day matters as well as on highly technical, one-off projects (internal investigations, social implications of reorganizations, management of employee representative bodies, collective bargaining, and high-stakes exits), and on litigation. She has also developed expertise in social security law (work-related accident/occupational disease rates, inexcusable misconducts, and URSSAF disputes). Anne is a member of the CPME (Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) and the lawyers' associations Avosial (employer lawyers), AFDT (French Association of Labor Law), and EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association).
Her vision of the legal profession : working in pair with his client, the lawyer must understand his client’s needs and the practical issues of the situations presented.
