Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, she founded her own law firm in 2017 after gaining extensive practical experience in employment law at niche firms. Anne is also among the first cohort of Paris Bar lawyers to be certified in internal investigations in 2023/2024.

Her work : Anne advises her clients, both French and international SMEs and large corporations, on day-to-day matters as well as on highly technical, one-off projects (internal investigations, social implications of reorganizations, management of employee representative bodies, collective bargaining, and high-stakes exits), and on litigation. She has also developed expertise in social security law (work-related accident/occupational disease rates, inexcusable misconducts, and URSSAF disputes). Anne is a member of the CPME (Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) and the lawyers' associations Avosial (employer lawyers), AFDT (French Association of Labor Law), and EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association).

His work: François-Xavier advises companies of all sizes (from very small businesses to international groups) on various operations (recruitment, day-to-day management of employees and staff representatives, collective bargaining, restructuring, and contract terminations). He also represents his clients before various courts. He also trains various professionals in employment law and human resources within companies. Finally, he conducts social audits.

Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2012, Coline founded her own law firm in 2017 after working in several firms, exclusively in labor law.

Her work: Coline advises both employers and employees. Her specialty is proximity consulting. She primarily advises SMEs on the day-to-day management of their employees (recruitment, conflict prevention and management, contract termination, etc.). She assists and represents employees on all issues related to their employment contracts, both in negotiations and/or litigation.

Her vision of the legal profession: to allow clients to serenely focus on their own professional activities while she carries out her mission.

Her watchwords : transparency and rigor to make the law coherent and accessible to all.

With strong technical expertise, particularly in collective bargaining, she provides consulting services and advises companies on strategic positioning. Her legal skills cover the management of employment relationships in the broadest sense as well as social security law.

Lawyer since 2016, Aude is specialized in Labor Law and Social Security Law. She gained extensive experience advising French and international companies for nine years at renowned law firms. Her expertise covers both individual employment relationships (hiring/termination, settlement negotiations) and collective aspects of labour law (implementation of the Works Council, redundancies, collective bargaining, and various documentation).

Since swearing-in in 2022, she has primarily worked on litigation matters. Previously, Juliette already developed a cross-functional approach to her practice in employment law through various training courses and extensive experience in courts, companies, and in employment law-specialized law firm.

With extensive multidisciplinary experience in large corporations, Carole joined the team in January 2023 and is involved in the firm's day-to-day administrative management.

Studying at Panthéon-Assas University, Carla joined the firm in June 2025 after deepening her studies in law fundamentals. With a keen interest in civil and social law, she applies her academic knowledge to the firm's work.
