Training - Non-discrimination in hiring

The Equality and Citizenship Law of January 1, 2017, requires companies with at least 300 employees, as well as those specializing in recruitment, to provide non-discrimination training to their recruitment staff at least once every five years. This training is essential for understanding the concept and verifying internal practices to minimize the risk of legal disputes.
