Law firm specialising in employment law
and social security law.
Since March 1, 2020, all companies counting at least 50 employees are required to annually calculate and publish an index measuring equality between women and men within their structure.
In this context, companies must publish annually indicators relating to pay gaps between women and men and indicate the actions implemented to eliminate them.
This index allows the companies concerned to assess the level of equality between women and men on a 100 points-scale, based on various criteria.
Our team reviews these obligations and the methods for calculating this index.

Goals
Understanding the index indicators
Understanding and knowing how this index is calculated (companies counting between 50 and 250 employees and companies with more than 250 employees)
Knowing how to define corrective measures and progress objectives
Anticipating the risks of sanctions
